If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may move without penalty during the first 60 days of living in your new residence. Peace of Mind is essential these days and we are focused on resident satisfaction and providing the best in Inspired Retirement Living®. HOW THE PEACE OF MIND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE℠ WORKS:

Peace of Mind Satisfaction Guarantee℠ applies to your base rent only. Personal care services, community fees, and other charges are excluded.

If you are not satisfied within your first 60 days of residency and desire a refund of any unused rent, simply notify the Executive Director of your request and complete the Peace of Mind Satisfaction Guarantee℠ Request form indicating your desired move-out date. We will also waive the usual notice requirements and return any refundable deposits, less any damages, to you.

Peace of Mind Satisfaction Guarantee℠ does not apply to residents living in memory care or guests in our Rest Assured Temporary Stay® program.
