La Jolla-based Westmont Living, a privately owned and managed senior living provider with plans to open six communities over the next three years, has been addressing this growth with a first round of Human Resource announcements for 2020.

Leigh Limpic has been named Vice President of Human Resources. With more than 25-years of Human Resources experience, Limpic specializes in developing best practices through people, processes, and corporate culture for growing companies such as Westmont Living. Her previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Clearwater Living and Vice President of Human Resources at Kisco Senior Living—this after working in the entertainment and hospitality industries for such companies as the Walt Disney Company and Sheraton Hotels.
Patrick Frazier, Executive Director of Westmont Town Court in North County San Diego, will be promoted to Operations Specialist serving all Westmont’s Californian communities—a move that is expected to take place in early 2020. Frazier—with Westmont for 3 1/2 years but having more than 32 years of experience in health care including 23 years in the senior services industry—will offer this expertise by managing growing communities’ needs.
Lydia Hertzler, Executive Director of Westmont of Brentwood, will be promoted to Regional Director of Operations as of February 1, 2020. Hertzler has been with Westmont for two years but has more than 20-years of experience in the senior services industry—both in non-profit organizations and for profit start-ups including that of opening a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
Sheryl Bravo, Executive Director of Westmont of Pinole, will be promoted to Executive Director of Westmont of Milpitas in June 2020 when the new building is expected to open. Milpitas is the first start-up community for Bravo but one that she is looking forward to as she is returning to where she started her career as a physical therapist. Bravo has been with Westmont for 1 1/2 years but has more than 10 years of experience in the senior services industry.
Gabriella Etheridge has been hired as the Digital Marketing Manager. Etheridge has BA in graphic design from San José State University along with 10 years of graphic design experience working with multiple clients including Vista Murrieta High School, Monte Vista Elementary School and most recently a startup where she developed the company’s design, branding, social media, E-commerce and website.
